STATEMENT OF FAITH
We believe that the Bible is the inspired and infallible authority, serving as the foundation for our faith in Christ. Central to this belief is the understanding of one eternal God, manifesting in three distinct persons: the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. This trinity underscores the divinity of Christ, whose life encompasses a miraculous birth, a sinless existence, transformative miracles, and an atoning death, culminating in His resurrection and ascension. These events not only define our Christian faith but also we anticipate Christ's future return with His power and glory.
Salvation is seen as a pivotal aspect of our belief, emphasizing the necessity of spiritual regeneration through the Holy Spirit. We believe that salvation is attainable only through repentance and by accepting Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior, which establishes our personal relationship with God. The ongoing ministry of the Holy Spirit plays a crucial role in empowering our belief to lead a life aligned with Godly principles, with His power and gifts considered accessible in the present day.
Furthermore, the concept of resurrection is a cornerstone of our faith, encompassing both those who have attained salvation and those who have not, leading to distinct eternal outcomes; Heaven or Hell. Adhering to the practices of the early church, such as water baptism and communion, is viewed as important, but not as a requirement for salvation, but as an outward demonstration of a living faith in Christ. These practices are seen as a way to continually connect with and embody the principles laid out in the scriptures.
